ClearCast provides weather forecasts and practical weather briefings for informational purposes. Weather conditions can change quickly, and the app should not be used as the sole source for emergency, safety-critical, aviation, marine, or medical decisions.
ClearCast Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.
You agree to use ClearCast lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the app or related services.
These terms may be updated as ClearCast evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
